Ultimate Beach Body Weight Loss Program

We don't need to give half truths or false scarcity or any misguided information, to try to trick you into purchasing another weight loss program that doesn't work or something that you really don't need.

If you are like most people trying to lose weight, you are so frustrated with all of the misguided information and weight loss disappointments that you have had in the past and you are looking for a program that truly works and does what it says it will do.

Before we go any further, let us tell you what this is:

This is a program and a service like no other that has been proven by thousands of people before you who have quickly and easily lost up to 20 lbs in 30 days without crazy dieting and without spending countless hours in the gym working out.

According to the latest statistics from the World Health Organization obesity has reached epidemic proportions globally, with more than 1 billion adults overweight - yes you read that right - over 1 Billion!

In the United States alone nearly 2/3 of all Americans are overweight or obese, less than 1/3 of all adults age 20 and older are at a healthy weight.

In the United States, obesity is associated with over 112,000 excess deaths due to cardiovascular disease, over 15,000 excess deaths due to cancer, and over 35,000 excess deaths due to non-cancer, non-cardiovascular disease causes per year in the U.S. population, relative to healthy-weight individuals.

Globally, overweight and obesity lead to adverse metabolic effects on blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides and insulin resistance. The non-fatal, but debilitating health problems associated with obesity include respiratory difficulties, chronic musculoskeletal problems, skin problems and infertility.

The likelihood of developing Type 2 diabetes and hypertension rises steeply with increasing body fatness. Confined to older adults for most of the 20th century, this disease now affects obese children even before puberty. Approximately 85% of people with diabetes are type 2, and of these, 90% are obese or overweight.

An increased BMI also increases the risks of cancer of the breast, colon, prostate, endometroium, kidney and gallbladder.  Overweight and obesity contribute significantly to osteoarthritis, a major cause of disability in adults.

According to the National Institutes of Health, overweight and obesity result from energy imbalance - whether it be from eating too much or exercising too little. Genetic, environmental, behavioral, and socioeconomic factors can all lead to overweight and obesity.

Only 31 percent of U.S. adults report that they engage in regular leisure-time physical activity (defined as either three sessions per week of vigorous physical activity lasting 20 minutes or more, or five sessions per week of light-to-moderate physical activity lasting 30 minutes or more).

Research suggests that physical activity may reduce the risk of many adverse health conditions, such as coronary heart disease, stroke, some cancers, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and depression. In addition, physical activity can help reduce risk factors for conditions such as high blood pressure and blood cholesterol.

Our tested and proven Fat Loss Training Program has helped thousands of people all over the world improve their health, increase their fitness, and not only lose weight - but most importantly keep that weight off for the rest of their lives.
